Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and systems-savvy HR Data Administrator to join our dynamic team. This position reports to the Human Resources Director.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a key point of contact for maintaining UKG, our current Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
  • Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of employee data and HR records
  • Support the full lifecycle of Human Resources operations including HRIS management, reporting and analytics, compliance, and administrative support
  • Collaborate with HR business partners, payroll, talent acquisition, and other departments to ensure consistent, timely, and compliant handling of HR information
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and systems as we evolve our HR capabilities to support a growing, multi-office engineering firm committed to innovation, excellence, and people-first values

Minimum Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or associate degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field (HR or data analytics certifications are a plus)

Required Qualifications (skills/experience/certifications):
  • 2–5 years of experience in an HR administrative, HRIS, or data-focused role within a professional, high-growth organization
  • Hands-on experience managing employee data in a Human Resources Information System (HRIS), experience with UKG and Deltek VantagePoint highly preferred
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized, with a track record of accuracy in data entry, auditing, and reporting
  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills, with the ability to create, manage, and interpret HR reports and dashboards that support decision-making
  • Must understand HR policies and procedures and have a working knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance practices
  • Communicates effectively with internal stakeholders and maintains strict confidentiality in all matters related to employee records and sensitive information
  • Works collaboratively across departments and enjoys supporting cross-functional teams with timely and reliable HR information
  • Able to apply best practices for safeguarding confidential information and ensuring secure data management across HR systems
  • Must demonstrate a strong service-oriented approach, with the ability to build positive relationships and respond to employee and stakeholder inquiries in a professional, empathetic, and solutions-focused manner
  • A background in a multi-entity, project-based environment such as engineering, construction, or professional services is desirable

Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000 per year
